Our Commitment to Your Journey At MISFAAR, we design our travel gear to elevate your journey. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make it right.

15-Day Return Window We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note: Luggage that has been used for travel cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and customization reasons. These include:

  • Personalized or monogrammed items (e.g., custom leather luggage tags).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale".

  • For Kuwait Customers: We can arrange a courier pickup for a small processing fee, or you can drop it off at our designated location.

  • For International Customers: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items We take pride in our quality control, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
