Do you ship internationally?
We are proudly based in Kuwait and currently offer fast local delivery as well as shipping across the GCC. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations globally so MISFAAR can travel everywhere you do.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders within Kuwait, expect delivery within 1 to 3 business days. For regional GCC orders, shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on customs clearance.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your new travel gear right to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Is the luggage approved as a carry-on for all airlines?
Our cabin luggage is meticulously designed to meet the standard international carry-on size requirements for most major airlines. However, we always recommend double-checking your specific airline’s sizing guidelines before your flight.
How do I clean and maintain my MISFAAR luggage?
For our hard-shell luggage, simply wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. For our premium leather accessories, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and water, and wipe clean with a dry microfiber cloth.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All MISFAAR luggage comes with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This ensures your gear remains a reliable companion for your future journeys.
